Transparency is a fundamental principle for strengthening and sustaining partnerships. To ensure transparency, we require verification methods, such as photos and relevant documents, that specifically detail the support provided by stakeholders for each identified need within our school. Therefore, every need supported by a stakeholder must be acknowledged with Means of Verification (MOVs) and other relevant documents. This serves as our way of recognizing their contribution and providing them with valuablefeedback
• If the source of funds is from MOOE (Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses):
The following documents must be provided:

b. Official Receipt/Sales Invoice
• If the source of funds is from the Division Office, Region Office, or Central Office:
The following documents must be provided:
a. Pictures
b. Inventory Custodian Slip/Requisition Issue Slip
• If the donor/source of funds is from stakeholders (internal or external):
The following documents must be provided:
a. Memorandum of Agreement (if applicable)
b. Deed of Donation
c. Deed of Acceptance
d. Pictures
• If the source of funds is SPTA Subsidy (School Parent-Teacher Association):
The following documents must be provided as MOVs (if applicable):
a. Pictures
b. Purchase Order
c. Purchase Request
d. Sales Invoice


- Ensure that uploaded project photos are clear to enhance their visibility and appreciation.For infra projects, you may update your photos from time to time corresponding to the percentage of the “status of implementation”. Weekly updates are encouraged as this will be helpful for partners to monitor their partnership projects.
